Marking of previous week's week homework and correction of mistakes.

Min 30 - Min 60 :-

Explanation of topics from school textbook.

Attempt exercises on prepared worksheets of said topic.

Min 60 - Min 90 :-

Short 5 mins break

1- 2 Word problem sums exercise from any topic.

Min 90- Min 100

Summarization of the day's lesson. Q & A

Updating of lesson record file.

Homework is given.

Our classes at pegged at 1hr 40 mins. The 100 mins is maximize to achieve desired result and meet parent's expected return on investment.

The right age for a child to be enrolled for tuition classes.

As with most things in life, there is no set in stone age for a child to be enrolled. There are various variables to determine the best age. 

Yet, as educators we believe that if a child is already struggling in his academics at lower primary level and parents are not able to assist them, it is best a proven, experienced and responsible tuition teacher / centre is sourced for.

If the problem persists until the child is in Primary 4, he / she would face many issues as their understanding of the basics have been compromised. It then becomes a vicious cycle.

Is tuition important in the current climate? Yes
Is tuition the be all and end all? No as tuition only does not solve everything.

As parents, you are at the best position to determine whether your child requires extra guidance from a tutor.

Who vs Whom

A subject is doing the action of the sentence: She threw the ball.

She is the subject. The object has something done to it: the ball is the object.

Who = Subject, Whom = Object

“Who” functions as a subject: Who wants dinner? Who is going to the ball game?

“Whom” is the object of the verb or the preposition: Whom did you hit? To whom are you speaking?
